Hey guys, can you help me out with this one? Just some techniques how I could tackle this one? I could have solved it with color wrapping, but I don't really like these placement techniques. I rather solve it with elimination techniques!

There is a skyscraper on candidate 3 in r2c8=r2c6-r8c6=r8c9

Isn't your puzzle #12 ?

These are remote pairs. They are easier to spot than skyscrapers/kites, but of course not that common. The starred cells cannot be 1 or 2.
