I am not able to solve the puzzle in the Friday, February 23 Washington Post. I've been able to solve the hard puzzles for quite some time now, but this one has me stumped.
Here is the original puzzle:
*9* | *** | **2
**5 | **2 | ***
3** | 51* | *7*
**8 | *7* | 2**
*** | 461 | ***
**7 | *9* | 4**
*2* | *46 | **9
*** | 8** | 6**
5** | *** | *8*
Here is the puzzle filled in with what I have been able to solve so far:
*9* | *** | **2
**5 | **2 | ***
3*2 | 51* | *7*
**8 | 375 | 2**
25* | 461 | ***
**7 | 298 | 4*5
82* | *46 | **9
*** | 85* | 62*
5** | *2* | *8*
I can see the naked pair in column 5 and row 5, but past that I can't see what to do next. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
