I am looking for very specific details on how to "Paste the grid so that it is easy to look at.".

I read the post at the top of the forum, but I need more details, I don't understand how to put in code.

In which form do you have it ?
If you have an editor (word or whatever) and it looks there like you want it, mark it, copy it, paste it, mark the pasted grid, press the Code button and press Preview to see, how it will look like, if you send it.

I have it in a app. I can't figure out how to even copy and paste from the app to Word. There is not a copy feature.
Any suggestions?

What app do you have? Things like copy and paste will be unique to the app.

Also, when you're pasting into an editor, you might want to use something like notepad instead of Word. Notepad has a fixed pitch font that may be easier to read than whatever fonts you are using in Word. Code takes care of that after you post it to the forum, but it's nice to have it readable in your editor.
