first of all, how can i post the puzzle i'm working on so you all can see what i'm talking about?

then i need some specific help on how to finish the puzzle. i've read about x-wings and swordfish and all that. but i'm having trouble either figuring out how to actually employ those methods because i can't see them, or those particular methods won't help for this puzzle and i need to find out what will help.

i can do trial and error to get to the end. but i want to know the logic behind it. i want to be able to solve it without trial and error because i know that that's possible.
