Try looking for remote naked pairs, first on <89>, then on <24>. That ought to be enough to solve the puzzle.

Could you clarify what you are asking for? Are you interested in all steps, including singles? Do you only want an explanation of the "difficult" steps? Are you only interested in an (elegant) one-step solution?

Here I'd spot a double digit (89) skyscraper in rows 2 and 9 eliminating both 8 and 9 from r3c2 and r7c1.

This is also a remote pair removing the identical candidates.

I wouldn't normally spot this remote pair but it is an easy one and leaves the puzzle very easy to complete.
