Advanced methods and approaches for solving Sudoku puzzles

Has anyone else figured this out?

There is a pretty simple way to always be able to solve any Sudoku puzzle without making a single error, and largely without thinking - by inspection, effectively.

I do not want to post it right off the bat, as it effectively ruined the game for me by taking the challenge away, but was just curious as to how many others figured it out?

Especially considering that it hit me on about my seventh game, I'm sure that I am not alone...

using a computer ?
yes, some people here have already figured that out.
I hazard the conjecture, that it's even the majority
of posters here who are already aware of this.

I agree.
No computer.
Inspection and marking alone.
No thinking involved.
Has solved all the most difficult published ones I tried so far.
Only exceptions are the outlawed (link given to me, tried the first one, had to start guessing).
No fancy technique, just my phone pad technique described earlier.

Warning: no fun, very tedious, will ruin your enjoyement of Sudoku.
Now trying to solve the difficult ones without marking.
