the current game (263) has a pattern supplied by Mike metcalf unusually rich in high ratings coupled with a symmetry of given.

The attached list is rated using skfr, so some ratings are different from the posted ratings

The pattern has the 3 main symmetry seen in the game

- main diagonal
- second diagonal
- and as consequence a pi-rotational symmetry

For players having no tool to generate the corresponding puzzles, I attached all puzzles passing in serate the dynamic mode.

Some of the puzzles have only the pi symmetry, not rich enough usually to have an easy solution
Some have a diagonal symmetry, normally enough to see the puzzle collapse
I assume that some have the 3 symmetries leading to an easy solution.

I tested Champagne's list of symmetry puzzles and have marked those with a * where I got at least one elimination due to Symmetry of Givens.

At the moment I have only coded for Main Diagonal symmetry, Anti-diagonal symmetry, 180 deg rotational symmetry and Sticks symmetry, so I have may have missed some Symmetry of Givens elimination opportunities.

I tested Champagne's list of symmetry puzzles and have marked those with a * where I got at least one elimination due to Symmetry of Givens.

At the moment I have only coded for Main Diagonal symmetry, Anti-diagonal symmetry, 180 deg rotational symmetry and Sticks symmetry, so I have may have missed some Symmetry of Givens elimination opportunities.

several comments at your post

a) this is a raw list of what generated my code so, unless I mixed the results with another vicinity search made in parallel, all of them should have one of the 3 symmetries of the pattern, Diagonal, Anti diagonal, pi rotational.
b) as the pattern has a central given, The pi rotational symmetry should not give a direct elimination.
c) some of these puzzles can be redundant with the file of potential hardest

d) I just checked before I wrote that post the first puzzle (not the criteria for the file of potential hardest)

Yes I was aware that the puzzles that did not produce any symmetry eliminations probably had 180 deg rotational symmetry and r5c5 as a given, so they might not produce any eliminations. Also I didn't check for anything else, such as Exocets.
