Same without pencilmarks:
-------------------------
x x x | 6 x 8 | 2 x 4
x 6 4 | 3 9 x | x x x
8 x x | x x x | 6 9 3
------------------------
5 4 8 | 7 3 9 | 1 6 2
x x 3 | 5 6 1 | 4 8 9
1 9 6 | x x 4 | x x x
------------------------
6 1 2 | x x x | 9 x x
x x x | x 5 6 | x x x
4 x 5 | 9 x x | x x 6
------------------------
In row 8 numbers 2 and 4 cannot be in block 7, column 7 and column 9, therefore must be in column 4 and 8.
So the 1 cannot be there and only one place is left for it i that row.
