As a manual solver i can say, that i did not study those forcing nets (or whatever they are called) above - the puzzle is just too hard for my taste. But differently to denis_berthier's solution i would be able to understand them without any previous knowledge.
But what the hell is an nrczt-whip-rc ? Can anybody say, that learning this was good invested time for improving the skills for manual solving ?
