Red Ed is right. ChPicard's puzzle is exactly the same as puzzle number 10 in the diagonal symmetric 17-clues list published by Red Ed in 2006. (This also implies this puzzle is in Gordon Royle's 17-clues list.) So, I was too fast with opening this thread. Sorry. Thanks to Red Ed.
