Please, Leren, excuse me for posting almost your solution, I wrote it
quite a while ago but kept checking
the Eureka notation. I am just posting
this to see if notation is right. Otherwise it was a piece of cake.

here it is :
(4-2)r1c5 = (2-8)r9c5 = (8-1)r9c1 = (1-2)r9c8 = (5-1)r3c8 =
(4-5)r3c6 => r1c5<>4 stte

I did not know how to proceed straightforward from r9c5 to r9c8
so I included (unnecessarily) r9c1. Maybe just had to skip
(8-1)r9c1? Now I understand what I am writing! It seems logical!
Things became definitely clear. The first step is done!

(It'll take some time all this (notation business) to shake down)

I can improve your notation and logic a bit by writing your AIC as : (4-2) r1c5 = r9c5 - (2=1) r9c8 - (1=5) r3c8 - (5=4) r3c6 - 4 r1c5 => r1c5<>4

This is a discontinuous loop starting and ending with Weak links on 4 r1c5, which proves it False. I've eliminated r9c1 in this formulation.

Another formulation is (4=2) r469c5 - (2=1) r9c8 - (1=5) r3c8 - (5=4) r3c6 => - 4 r1c5. This has the "advantage" of starting end ending on Strong links, which some purists favour.
