If we assume that r8c6=5 => r4c6=4 => r4c9<>4 => r7c9=4 =>
r8c7=9 => r8c8=5 => r8c6<>5, so our assumption is wrong and
we can remove 5 from r8c6 thus reducing the sudoku to hidden
singles only.

For your information, when we apply our single "advanced" move, our custom is to first clear the decks using "Basics".

Basics includes : Naked and Hidden Singles, Pointing and Claiming Pairs and Triples plus Naked and Hidden Pairs, Triples and Quads.

Also, if you select your PM diagram and click on the Code button at the top of the Reply box, your PM will display correctly. You can also check whether your reply looks OK using the Preview button at the bottom of the Reply box.
