I have still been making puzzles even though I haven't been posting them. According to sudoku explainer, this has the third highest rating out of them so far, higher than either of the puzzles I've posted previously, but still should be doable.

I used Andrew Stuart's solver and sudoku explainer as tools to assist with making this puzzle.
