this is what I have done so far:

can anyone guide me to the next step ?

A naked pair in block 5, then another in row 6.

The Top Middle Box has 1's restricted to Column 6 so you can exclude all other 1's in Column 6.

The Top Middle and Bottom Middle Boxes have 3's restricted to Columns 4 and 6 so you can exclude all other 3's in Columns 4 and 6.

This gives you a Naked Pair in Row 6.

After that it just opens up.
