I've installed about 12 apps on my android. none of them seem to be able to do ALL of these:

1. Allow me to create custom Sodoku
2. Autofill notes on the custom Sodoku board once game is started
3. Auto eliminate notes when numbers are entered into cells

Can anyone steer me to the app I'm looking for??

There are several Sudoku apps for Android that will do that, including mine: Enjoy Sudoku.
