Is there any kind of online resource that will rank the difficulty of a Sodoku?

Maybe this resource has different ranking schemes, but it is at least something we can all use.

I see much discussion about difficulty and rankings, but not much that we can compare when talking to each other.

One reason for this post is the following: I see many esoteric solution techniques, but the examples given range between elementary and very dificult. Often, it seems we are looking at a difficult way to solve an easy puzzle. Or (we hope) vice-versa.

I am looking for something like the online solvers: Paste a puzzle, get a rating.
