My resolution with TDP:
P(8r3c9): 8r3c9->8r9c23->9r7C1
P(9r3c9): 9r3c9->9r7c1
=> r7c1=9, stte
It is the same resolution as Leren's but presented differently.
One can also write:
P'(8r9c23): -8r9c23->8r9c23->8r9c9->9r3c9->9r7c1 => -8r7c1, stte
