The difficulty here is to find an AIC notation. It is clear, that 79 must be restricted to the c-cells. If one of them is missing, 324 would fall to r7c8,r8c79, which is not possible, because only one of 24 can be in r8c79.

The chain shows that either r8c7 or r9c7 is a 9, so r2c7 can't be. I should also have included -9 r9c8, but it isn't necessary and I missed it at the time.
