As I read only more complex chains from others (StevG, Leren, pjb), I have a question about uses on this forum: pure 1-stepper paths (i.e. ending with stte) are they expected only, or paths ending with lclste are they accepted ?

If the expectation is stte-ending only, mine would be:

The original design of these puzzles was to highlight a single step solution and how it could be notated. IMO, Creativity is better than rule driven.

Well said. I personally prefer a moderately complex stte solution to an lclste solution, but there's no sense in being ridiculous about it. I also prefer a true, bi-directional AIC to a networked or Kraken solution, even if the bi-directional chain is fairly complicated, but to each his own. Elegance and creativity count for a lot.
