Found a rank0 pattern of size 13.
It seems to complicated to be intended, but the setup also seems too good for it to be a coincidence.
After the locked candidates 1b6\c7, 2b6\c9:
Code: Select all
.------------------.-------------------.------------------.
| 9     8     235–1| 1246  24     46   | 356–4*145   7    |
| 6    %123  %123  | 7    #48–29  5    |*348  #148  *3489 |
|%157  %7–1   4    | 1689  3      68   | 2    *158   569–8|
:------------------+-------------------+------------------:
| 1478  1379  1379 | 348   4578   2    | 1458  6     458  |
| 48    5     236  | 3468  1      3468 | 7     9     248  |
| 1478  1267  1267 | 468   4578   9    | 1458  3     2458 |
:------------------+-------------------+------------------:
|%157  %1–7   8    | 234   6      347  | 9    *2457  35–4 |
| 3    %679  %679  | 5    #2478–9 1    |*468  #2478 *468  |
| 2     4     569–7| 389   789    378  | 356–8*578   1    |
'------------------'-------------------'------------------'
r28c58 must contain: one 4 (*), one 8 (*), one 2 (r8) and either a 1 or a 7 (%).
The fact that it can only contain one of them, gives us more eliminations in the left-hand stack. btte
Xsudo input: Show
13 Truths = {48R2 48R8 48C8 2R8 1R2 7R8 3N12 7N12}
13 Links = {48b3 48b9 1b1 7b7 1r7 7r3 5c1 2n58 8n58}
If you add 17c2, it will resolve the pair as well, this is beyond rank0.

Denis' chain is indeed the intended one (an L-wing). (But there are of course other ways to do it.)
