Nice solution. I played with the AUR but did not see anything useful.
However, I am not sure how to interpret you conclusion which indicates digit 7 is in two cells. To me, the conclusion is r6c8<>7 which completes the puzzle.

Ted, thanks for not understanding what i tried to write in this forum style.
The way i found it was simple.
UR45 in r78c19: one of r7c1=9 or r8c9=8 must be true.
r7c1=9->r7c3=2->r7c8=7
r8c9=8->r79c8=27
In both cases 7 is in r79c8. This solves the puzzle (singles r6c8=9 and r9c7=5).
