and this is where i got so far:

can please someone tell me how can i move on from here?
this is the first time i get stuck so earlier

Have a good look at where candidates can go in box 4 and see if this allows you to remove some possibilities in boxes 5 and 6.

Then look at box 6 and see if this allows removals in boxes 4 and 5.

ie you are looking for 'locked candidates'

This should allow a placement (in box 4).

Reply if you are still struggling and I will supply which candidates you are looking for.
