Oh, these notations
I would prefer (71-3)r79c4 = (3-5)r8c8
Do you have an explanation for yours ?
Hi eleven,
I suppose you meant (71-3)r79c4 = (3-5)r8c
5 ?
What are you bothered by, in (7-135)b8p157:
- the use of the b.p. coordinates for a box AHS ?
- the position of the bystanders 13 on the right side ?
To me the use of the b.p. coordinates for box AHS's is as licit as it is for ALS's, considering their duality.
As regards the position of the bystanders, I have been reproached by several players for not following the Eureka convention, to place them contiguous to the right term of the link, in some ALS notations. From the logical point of view, writing (7-135)b8p157 is equivalent to writing (713-5)b8p157. The three cells form an AHS (with 1 & 3 locked inside) Is there any other argument than legibility for the split form ?
Now, I'm not willing to feed an endless discussion about AHS notation, and I guess you are not either
