There is a typo - first term should be 9r8c1. Is this two moves or one ? You could argue that it should be (9) r8c1 = (9-7) r3c1= r3c2- r79c2 = (7-9) r9c3 => - 9 r9c3; lclste

Or, tightened up a bit:

9r8c1 = (79HP)r3c12 - (7|9=126)b7p248 - (1=9)r7c4 - r9c456 = (9-7)r9c3 = r79c2 - r3c2 = 7r3c1 => -9 r3c1 ; stte

Hey Steve, since you are an admitted stte tragic, you can adjudicate whether or not JC Van Hay's move qualifies. It's in a bit of a gray area but I'll accept your decision either way.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see this as a gray area. Boiled down, including your typo correction, JC's chain is 9r8c1 = 9r8c13 => -9 r8c4579 . It contains some extra brackets that I don't see a need for, but it looks fine to me.
