I initially found 4 or 5 ADPs but all of the combined deletions still did not solve the puzzle. A bad day for ADPs.

(7=6)r5c2-(6=8)r6c3-(8=3)r8c3-(3=9)r8c5-r556c5=r5c6-(9=7)r5c7-(7=6)r5c2 Loop => r6c12<>6, r9c3<>8, r8c1<>3, r5c5<>9

Maybe not too bad.
DP 56 in r39c23: r3c1=6 or r9c9=5.
r3c1=6->r6c1=2
[Edit: oops, my shortcut was false)
r9c9=5->r7c2=5->r3c2=6->r5c2=7->r5c7=9->r5c6=3->r8c5=3->r8c3=8->r6c3=6->r6c1=2

However you can have it a bit easier with
(6=9)r6c5-(9=3)r8c5-(8=3)r8c3-(8=6)r6c3; r6c12<>6
(which is part of the above chain)

Guess I should have said "A bad day for ME" since I missed that long chain with 5r7c2.

A continuous nice loop:

(5=6)r3c2 - (6)r9c2 = (6-5)r9c3 = (5)r3c3 - r3c2: loop; r56c2 <> 6; r9c3 <> 3,8

I also found a similar continuous Nice loop based on the ANS XY Wing concept:

(2=6) r6c1 - (6=8) r6c3 - r8c3 = 2 r8c1 [(2389)ANS r8c135] - r6c1: loop; r56c2, r6c5 <> 6, r9c3 <> 8, r7c1 <> 2

I prefer the H wing :D
