Same eliminations, but slightly different continuous nice loop:

(4=5)r2c2 - (5=9)r2c8 - (9=6)r7c8 - (6=4)r7c2 - r2c2 - loop

Just using two digits:

(5)r7c4 = (5)r13c4 - (5=7)r2c6 - (7)r1c45 = (7)r1c1 - (7)r7c1 = (7)r7c4 - Loop => r28c1 <> 7, r7c4 <> 3

For anyone who followed the Multi-fish / Multi-Sector Locked Set discussions, Marty R's solution is a baby one:

(5)r2,(6)r7,(4)c2,(9)c8 MSLS:r27c28 => r2c16 <> 5, r6c7 <> 6, r9c2 <> 4, r1c8 <> 9

(The 4 cells hold 4 different digits, each one confined to a single row or column.)
