Dan, when I click on this puzzle I get the Extreme of 4-16, not this one as shown.

| 5    f9-2   4      | 8    e69    7      | 236   36    1      |
| 1279 b127-9 36     | 12    169   239    | 4     58    58     |
|a12    8     36     | 124   5     234    | 7     9     26     |
|--------------------+--------------------+--------------------|
| 2479  2579  2579   | 3     47    8      | 1     4567  456    |
| 3     6     1      | 9     47    5      | 28    478   248    |

|--------------------+--------------------+--------------------|
| 1289  4     2589   | 125   3     269    | 5689  1568  7      |
| 6    c1579  5789   | 1457 d19    49     | 589   2     3      |
| 1279  3     2579   | 1257  8     269    | 569   1456  456    |
*--------------------------------------------------------------*

S-wing with bi-value extension cell: (2=1) r3c1 - [ (1) r2c2 = r8c2 - (1=9) r8c5 - r1c5 = (9) r1c2 ] => -2 r1c2, -9 r2c2 ; stte

PS: I've edited this post to fix a typo spotted by 7b53 (thanks for that) and re-ordered the AIC to (hopefully) make it clearer.

The term in square brackets is the S-wing (19) and the extension cell is "appended" on the left.

If you read the whole AIC from left to right ; => -2 r1c2 and if you read it from right to left as far as the [ ; => -9 r2c2.

If I followed completely minimalist eureka notation I think I'd be entitled to write

(2=1) r3c1 - r2c2 = r8c2 - (1=9) r8c5 - r1c5 = r1c2 => -2 r1c2, -9 r2c2

adding a cell after r2c2...(9) r1c2 = r1c5 - (9=1) r8c5 - r8c2 = r2c2 = (7)r2c1 => -9 r2c1 also
Mmm...but doesn't this immediately shows (9)r1c5 = no solution ...

what will be the name for this chain then ?
(9=1)r8c5 - r8c2 = r2c2 - (1=2)r3c1 - (2=9)r1c2 => r1c5 , r8c2 <>9

Here's something different

(1=9) r8c5 - r1c5 = r1c2 - (9=127) r2c124 => r2c5 <> 1; stte

Another perspective is an almost SdC(12369)r2c456 ab=(36)r2c3, cd=(12=4)r3c4, e=9r2c56
[SdC(12369)r2c456 => r2c12<>9] = [(4-1)r3c4=r3c1-r79c1=r8c2-(1=9)r8c5-r12c5=9r2c6 => r2c12<>9] => r2c12<>9
