Can somebody think up a good Clueless Kakuro puzzle?

Obviously, no Kakuro can be truly clueless. It would have multiple solutions. At the very least, given one solution you could create another just by replacing all the 1's with 9's, all the 2's with 8's, etc.

But maybe if there were a few constraints, or pseudo-clues, the solution could be unique. For example:

A. The total number of 1's, 2's, etc (in the entire puzzle) would be given.

Plus, if that's not enough:

B. All words are unique sums. For example, all 4-digit words total either 10, 11, 29, or 30.

And/or:

C. No word appears more than once in the puzzle.

And/or whatever else is needed in order to have a unique solution.

Puzzle creators, can anybody come up with something along these lines?
