Chicago Sun-Times Puzzles

When I look up the solution for Chicago Sun-Times Puzzles, I can't find them on Sudoku.com. anyone else have this problem? I just finished the puzzle with 36186 as the 1st 5 generated numbers and found 2 7's in the 2nd column ... tried to look up final solution and its not there.

The puzzle as posted has 45 solutions.

However, if r7c9=3 was a given clue, the puzzle would have a unique solution, needing nothing other than subsets to solve.:idea:

krkberg, enter your (corrected) grid into any solver and you will never have to depend on a paper or a web site for the solution. Google "sudoku solver" for hundreds of suggestions. Better yet look HERE under "some good Sudoku puzzle solvers."

One might assume the Chicago Sun-Times puzzles are symmetrical. The hole in the symmetry is in r7c9. r7c9=3 is the only possibility to allow a unique solution. No surprise, udosuk must be right.
