This can be attacked with fish:
Jellyfish of 8s in rows 2347 and columns 2689 => -8 r1c8, r5c29;
Naked pairs of 39 at r5c2 and r5c9;
Finned swordfish of 9s at rows 1689 and columns 147 => -9 r9c5; stte

There is a Jellyfish of 9's c1347 r1689 => -9 r1c8, r6c268, r9c5; stte

Do we have the same PM's? I thought the 4 columns of a jelly fish should have their 9's in 4 rows only, but there are 9's in rows 15689 (c1- r19, c3-568, c4- 689, c7- 156)

as you mentioned earlier,
r5 has a naked pair
-- which excludes those extra 9s
