Block 9: row 8 must contain 7, removing 7 from candidates for r8c4, r8c6
Column 4: hidden pair 24 in cells r5c4, r8c4 - removing other candidates for these cells
r5c2 = 6: only cell in row 5 that can contain 6

Thanks very much Simes. I have struggled with this puzzle the best part of today (on and off). Once I dealt with the hidden pair of 24 in c4, the rest moved very quickly.

p.s. I didn't have 7 in cells r8c4 and r8c6, but thanks anyway.
