Can't seem to crack this one!

You have an X-Y wing, pivot r6c8, wings r4c8,r6c2. That eliminates the 8 at r6c7, and then it solves easily.

If you're not familiar with X-Y wings, either r4c8 or r6c2 has to be an 8. Otherwise, they'd be 3 and 4 respectively,
eliminating both candidates in r6c8. Therefore, r6c7 can't be an 8.
