Let me suggest:

1. The only occurrences of the possibility <1> in R7 are in B8.

2. The only occurrences of <7> in C1 are in B4.

There are a couple more of these line/box interactions to find. Then, the puzzle is solved!

Keith, I missed that locked candidate in box 8. I was looking at the puzzle again and think I also found something at: R3C1, R3C4, R5C4, and R5C1. I'm not good at chains, but it seems to me that I could eliminate the 1 at R7C4 using that and solve the puzzle that way also.

Hi Hud - yes there is a chain

r7c4 =1 => r3c4 = 8 => r3c1 = 3 => r5c1=7 => r5c4 = 1 => r7c4 =4 => r7c4 <>1

or an Xwing to remove the 1 from r5c4
