Simple Sudoku gives the next step as removing 9 from r1c5, then r3c7 and r3c8 using multiple colours - a technique too advanced for me I'm afraid.
As far as your formatting, that's fine - you could leave out the Is altogether as they just seem to get in the way a bit. Use the "pipe" symbol | instead if you want to separate the boxes. At
