Marty, I'd have written:

(2=6)r4c3-(6=8*)r4c9-(8=15)r6c89-(1*8=2)r7c9=>r7c3<>2
or, simplifying the third term, since the 5 is not directly relevant to your solution,
(2=6)r4c3-(6=8*)r4c9-(8=1)r6c89-(1*8=2)r7c9=>r7c3<>2

The * goes in the fourth term to indicate that you're re-using the 8. Or so Danny taught me (I think!).

I'm still at a point where I have problems where the notation is not strictly lineal
