| 6  4  8 | 3     (25)   5(2) | 9  1  7 |
| 1  7  5 | 489   49     489  | 2  3  6 |
+---------+-------------------+---------+
| 3  9  2 | 15    8      15   | 6  7  4 |
| 5  1  4 | 679   679    79   | 3  8  2 |

| 7  3  6 | 189   19     189  | 4  2  5 |
+---------+-------------------+---------+

so I guess there are a couple chains like this. so here is the one I found
(5=2)r2c5 - (2)r2c6 = (2)r6c6 - (2=4)r6c4 - (4)r8c4 = (4)r8c5; r8c5 <> 5

+-------+-------------+-------+
| 3 9 2 | 15  8   15  | 6 7 4 |
| 5 1 4 | 679 679 79  | 3 8 2 |
| 8 6 7 | 24  3   24  | 1 5 9 |
+-------+-------------+-------+
| 4 5 9 | 27  27  3   | 8 6 1 |
| 2 8 1 | 45  45  6   | 7 9 3 |

Hi Marty, looks like theres a typo in your XY chain - should the second term be -r4c4 ?
