can anybody bale me out on this it is driving me nuts

i am missing some technique, i am a newbie to sudoku and this is my first puzzle

Look at where 3 can go in boxes 4 and 5.
You should then be able to place the 3 in box 5.

The only possibilities for the digit 3 in box 4 are row 5 column 2 or row 5 column 3. This is because of the digit 3 in box 7 and the digit 3 in box 6.

This therefore means that the only place in box 4 for a digit 3 is in row 5 as that box must have a digit 3.

This therefore makes the digit 3 placeable in box 5 only in row 4 column 6.
