I never was quite sure how ronk's definition of a remote fin cell works, so I would call your fish a Sashimi Kraken X-Wing.

Since you have a transport for each elimination, I would call it two steps as well.

My solver returned a simple multi-step solution to the puzzle:

This led me to investigate all of the template eliminations for <4>:

My fish solver found fish from X-Wings, Swordfish, and Jellyfish that accounted (individually) for each of these eliminations.

It wasn't until I forced my fish solver to investigate larger fish that the Starfish popped out. It seemed interesting enough to post -- especially with the companion chain containing the embedded elimination for -4r1c8.
