Is this one a mistake? Empty rectangle on 3's in b2 => -3 r9c6 ; stte

Steve,

It's been quite a while since I've played an ER, but I think something's wrong, but I can't explain why. If it's an ER on 3, it's also an ER on 9. So we'd have r9c6<>both 3 and 9? But it's bothering me that I can't back up my statement, so I'm not fully confident.

Marty, it's an ER on 3's because of the strong link on 3's in c9. There's no similar link for 9's.

OK, I didn't notice c9 and was assuming the SL was in b8 and I think I forgot the rules of an ER. :oops:
