Hi, Cenoman. I see -16 r1c8, as indicated on your grid, and that solves the puzzle. However, I don't see -16 r1c9. It turns out that 1 is true in r1c9.

Hi Steve, the grid is what I meant, typo in the writing. The AIC demonstrates nothing but -16 r1c8. Thanks for spotting. First message edited.
