Marty, I'm still pretty weak with URs. From your (46)r13c3=(1)r13c8 internals requirement, I can find Kraken chains to show r7c8=2 starting from the 4s and the 1s, but I can't seem to spot a chain from 6r3c3. Can you clarify? Also having similar trouble with the UR(36) case.

Let's start with the 28 UR. The DP killers must be 1 in r13c8 and 4 in r1c3 or 4 or 6 in r3c3. I don't know if I can correctly notate the first term. Since the DP killers are a combination of 46, r13c3 are a 46 "pseudo cell." and the pseudo cell combines with r3c2 to create a 46 naked pair. After
eliminations there is a 23 naked pair in r2c13.
(234=1)r2c136,r3c4 -r3c9=1r78c9-(1=2)r7c8.
More on the 36 UR later.

I screwed up on that one. I never did any notation, I was just scribbling numbers on blank practice grids to see what cells matched and I can't re-create it.
Since the DP killers are 2 and 4, r2c13 are a 24 pseudo cell which combines with r2c6 to form a 24 naked pair, but that doesn't get us anywhere.

The 36 UR is also a standard Type 3 with extras 24 in r2c13 and r2c6 = 24 => - 24=6 r2c7.
