Trying to solve an expert sudoku I got stucked here (see photo). It looks very strange. Did I do something wrong?

You are doing just fine.

There are three Sashimi X-Wings available at this point, also called Skyscrapers.

After that there are two fairly easy moves, but then you need a fairly complex technique. I would use a W-Wing. Then singles to the end.
