Hi there. I was wondering if any of you experts could point me in the right direction with this 'medium' puzzle.

I have got this far and seem to be stuck. I can take an arbitrary cell and work it out but I don't want to.....well not just yet.

Am I missing something obvious or is this more sinister? Please help, it is driving me insane!!

Think about where the value 2 could go in Column 6.
