I think every method has puzzle on behalf of itself, that puzzle need using the method many time than other puzzles.
Like:
....6......62.13...278.456..61...45.4.......6.52...13..184.672...47.28......8....
this puzzle has 11 Nishio Forcing Chains, though it is just a template puzzle on behalf of Nishio, other puzzles can't need Nishio as much as it. Until it is found that there is one puzzle needing 12 times even more times, it can replace this puzzle I post.

I presume that "Needs" here means: Needs according to this version of Sudoku explainer.....

"Needs" or "requires" are strong terms that have been discussed in other threads, I'm not sure in what context should we put them against here ???

By the way, is this the correct forum
