A Program to learn Sudoku for a newbie?

Postby Foneman » Sun May 21, 2006 10:57 pm

Hi,

I just started to do Soduku's and can usually do the ones that say easy, is there a program where I can enter a puzzle I'm working on & it gives me a step by step, from the easiest to the more advanced steps & explains each step as I ask for help so I can learn the more advanced steps? I want to enter a puzzle from the newspaper and work it to a point, but then learn what is next..I'd really appreciate any feedback!

Hi Ab,

Thanks, that one works pretty good but I'm not sure of all the nominclatures you have there on the side. Do you know of any others or does anyone else?

Remember it needs to be simple, I don't want it to solve the puzzle, JUST highlight and EXPLAIN the next move, so I can see what I'm missing on the medium puzzle many of which I can not seem to complete. I'm trying to read as much as I can about sudoku's

Thanks anyone for links to other puzzle solvers with explanations
