After LCLS, one skyscraper is enough:
(6): r5c3 = r9c3 - r9c8 = r6c8 => -6 r5c7; ste

Yikes. :) I knew this was one of the easier ones, but I try to weed out ones that solve with just plain vanilla skyscrapers and kites.
