If you like optimization puzzles the 2nd Open German Optimizing Puzzle Championship will take place in February. It is open for puzzlers of all countries.

3. Winners and Prizes
3.1 In scoring, each correct answer will earn the number of points indicated in the instructions of the puzzles. Leaving an answer blank will score 0 points. If your answer yields a negative number, your score will also be 0 points.
3.2 The final score will be the total of the points of all puzzles, considering the peculiarities of the puzzle rounds. This final score will decide upon the overall ranking. If there is a tie, the participants will share a place.
3.3 The top three participants in the total score as well as the top three german participants will be awarded a Champions' Cup.
3.4 The top ten participants in the total score as well as the top ten german participants will be awarded a certificate.
