I find only an almost M-Wing, while you seem to have found a not spoiled one.

My PM is not the same as yours. With Yogi's givens, I can' catch how you get your displayed PM, with four more solved cells. To get the same status I need a chain, e.g.
(3)r3c9 = r3c5 - (3=1)r4c5 - (1=4)r4c1 - r2c1 = (4-1)r1c3 = (1)r1c7 => -1 r3c9; 4 placements

I must have missed something...

Good catch! Looks like I must have made a weird mistake in basics or clicked on the 1r1c7 accidentally Nicely fixed in your solution!
