after initialization there are five possible templates for value 3, they all have four cells in common, those of the three clues of the puzzle plus cell 37 which, when set to 3, solves the puzzle with singles
the union of the complementary sets shows also that 3 can be eliminated from r1c1 r4c2 and r5c6
